What if my package is delayed or marked as delivered?
Carrier delays can happen once a package is in transit. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and make it right.
