Refund policy
At HANG Studios, every piece is made to order with care. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail.
Please read the guidelines below before submitting a request.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Please include clear photos showing the issue
- If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you
Lost Packages
If your order is lost during transit:
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
However, if you’d still like a replacement or exchange, you may place a new order at your own expense.
Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package may be returned
- You will be responsible for reshipping costs once a correct address is confirmed
If a shipment is unclaimed, it will also be returned, and reshipping costs will apply.
Returned Orders
- Returned items are sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility
- If a return is not claimed within 30 days, it may be donated to charity
- We are not responsible for issuing refunds on unclaimed returns
EU Customers
Under EU regulations, returns may not be accepted for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
We reserve the right to refuse such returns.
How to Report an Issue
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us with:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photo evidence
